Rich Holtzapfel is a mediator who has been through both the West Virginia State Bar’s Basic and Advanced Mediation Training. Mr. Holtzapfel also has a M.A. in Counseling and previously worked in private practice as a counselor dealing with resolving differences between couples and families. In addition to mediating cases privately, Mr. Holtzapfel has served as a volunteer mediator for the Kanawha County’s SWARM Week for the last several years.
