We buy insurance to have peace of mind in the event of an accident or death. When one of these unfortunate events occurs, our insurance company is supposed to honor the policy and pay our claim.  Sometimes, however, insurance companies decide to not pay claims based on frivolous reasons or sometimes no reason at all.
